From Local Presence to Predictable Demand. Turning regional visibility into event bookings.
The Starting Point
LaFabrik had been open for several months when it approached us. Day-to-day operations were running, but regional awareness remained limited and event bookings were not developing as expected.
With a small, focused budget, the goal was not broad exposure, but efficiency. The client wanted to understand how digital channels could be used to systematically increase visibility in the Aachen area and turn that attention into concrete event inquiries.
They approached us for SEO and SEA support to build a setup that delivers measurable results and creates a sustainable foundation for growth.
Our Approach
We started by narrowing the focus instead of widening it.
Rather than running generic awareness campaigns, we defined two clear objectives:
regional visibility and qualified event bookings.
The advertising strategy was built within these boundaries.
Search and content were aligned around high-intent moments, especially scenarios in which users actively look for a venue, such as weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and cycle meetings.
By combining precise regional targeting, clear messaging, and conversion-focused landing paths, we ensured that visibility consistently translated into action.
Every element was designed to reduce friction and guide users toward meaningful interactions.

The Results
Within the first six months, the impact became clearly measurable.
The campaigns generated 71 qualified event inquiries at an average cost per inquiry of €31.
In addition, more than 495 micro-conversions were recorded, including calls, reservation clicks, and booking interactions.
Beyond short-term performance, the setup created a repeatable demand structure. Regional visibility evolved into consistent inbound interest, providing the restaurant with a scalable model for both daily operations and event-driven revenue.
